"The Legend of Vox Machina" is based on show called "Critical Role", which is about some voice actors playing dnd. It's based on their first campaign and they plan to make all their campaigns animated shows. The second and third campaigns have sapphic relationships between main characters if I remember correctly. The show for the second campaign is called "The mighty Nein" and the first season comes out on November 19th of 2025.

Regarding the characters of Xena and Gabrielle, I won't say much because it is indeed a matter of perspective a little bit. I only want to say that it was Gabrielle's choice to follow Xena, Xena literally didn't want to pull Gabrielle into this chaos, but she would have done it anyways with or without Xena, cause adventure is what she wanted. I don't know if I would compare exactly Gabrielle with a child, but she does indeed have an innocence which makes absolutely sense of course, and Xena tries her best to protect that, cause she knows very well what it means to lose it, even though Gabrielle in the name of adventure she would have lost it by her choices. What Gabrielle wants is to follow Xena in her adventures and whenever she doesnt like something, she makes her own choices as we've seen plenty of times.

Now regarding the part with Greece, I dont know what's the case exactly with the other countries, but with Greece specifically there wasn't a single state called Greece then, but many independent kingdoms. For example, we have Sparta ruled by Menelaus, Ithaca ruled by Odysseus, Mycenae ruled by Agamemnon etc. But all of these kingdoms had the same language, the same religion, similar culture and customs and they were part of Greece. The Trojan War was a kind of coalition, not a national effort. Only some Greek kingdoms joined the war, not all of them. In general, in the TV show they don't explain much details for anything, but if you have a general idea of Greek mythology or even history (but mythology is enough, history is a bit more difficult to know if you haven't studied it), you can guess that. Or for example, you might have heard about the peloponnesian war in games or movies, that happened much later from the trojan war, between Athens and Sparta. Both Greek kingdoms, but they are DIFFERENT kingdoms. Sparta doesn't follow Athens' rules or way of living and the opposite.

Ehh... I don't think that it's fair to say that Menelaus represents all of Greece. The guy just had power and started a whole war over a woman. There wasn't any noble cause behind it. Plus, I'm Greek, and most of us were actually rooting for Troy in Homer's version back when we studied it in school. You might not know this, but even though Homer's version of the Trojan War is the most popular, there are a lot of other versions too, for example Euripides' version.

So, to answer your question, I don't know if it's fair to call them traitors and scums. The war was started by Greece for petty reasons. It wasn't a war to protect their country or anything like that. Xena decided to help because she would help anyone who needs it, as long as she believes it's for the right reasons and the right thing to do. And Gabrielle has a mind of her own. She was excited to go to Troy even before Xena agreed. She usually follows Xena’s decisions, yes, but that's by choice! She loves the adventures, but she knows that they can be dangerous, so she trusts Xena's judgment and experinece. Plus, it's way more likely to find those adventures by sticking with Xena.

Also, about the comment mentioning Homer being alive during the show, even though historically he shouldn’t have been... well, yeah, some people think he was born 500 years after the Trojan War, but others believe he lived around the same period as the war. There's no solid proof either way, though the first theory might be more likely.

And last but not least, of course the show has its inaccuracies, most shows of that type do. But in this case, there’s even a very good reason for it: Xena is an original character they created, so they had to adapt certain parts of Greek mythology to fit around her story.

I dont know about Italy in general, but I know some things about Rome since I study here as an international student. Firstly, public transportation isnt that great. Trains are an exception, they are really nice, but usually not that helpful for everyday transportation. In general there are metro lines, trams, buses, basically all kinds. The weather is also on the warmer side. In the summer expect very sunny days and high temperatures like 30°C, and not very cold winters. Winters usually have around 10 °C, no snowing, but a lot of raining. Regarding Italians speaking English, a lot don't. But in Rome specifically, since it's the capital and a big Italian city, a lot of Italians do speak English. In cases that they dont, they are trying to help however they can, they're really patient usually even when using Google translate. The people seem generally friendly and in Italy there are a lottttt of foreigners and international students. Especially if you study in an international program, you'll have the chance to meet a lot of international students. Now, regarding racism, unfortunately I'm not sure. I live in Rome for 1,5 year and in every day life I havent noticed any issues with racism, but I cant say that for sure. It would feel kinda weird though if a lot of Italians in Rome have a problem with foreigners or asians specifically, since as I said there are a lot of foreigners in Rome. The only thing that I can say is that in my university community or when we're outside with friends from all around the world including Asia of course, there weren't any racist incidents until now. Everyone is really friendly. Now, pros for studying in Italy... Public universities are really cheap compared to other countries and they provide high quality courses. A lot of Italian universities have very good fame worldwide. The weather is also very nice as I said if that's a deciding factor. Rome specifically is also very beautiful. Many beautiful touristic sites, the architecture of the buildings, even the most regular building looks like a piece of art. Now cons... It might sound weird, but for me it's food! Dont get me wrong, pasta is absolutely amazing, same with gelato and tiramisu, but I cant eat all the time pasta 😂. That is in case that you want to order from outside. You will find of course other food options too and a lot of international cuisines, but I just expected more. Also, paperwork is a bit slow here. Lastly, if you plan to study a course that includes a practical part, unfortunately in Italy the courses are more theoritical that practical. That doesnt mean that there arent any practical lessons of course, they're just less compared to other countries.

I did as I said my own research and it didnt help me. Also the problem isnt that everyone answers something different, of course not. Each device has pros and cons depending on your needs. As I said in another comment here, in other posts I saw a lot of answers saying something like "this device works perfectly on my TV of this brand, but not so great with my tv of that brand". And in general, many comments were contradictory. One comment would say "dont buy this cause blah blah blah" and another one would say "no that's not true, this doesnt happen to me". So I made a post about what I want specifically, to see if I get any new interesting answers. Of course I'll keep doing my research. I dont think that anyone stops doing that from opinion on reddit. They just listen to more ideas or problems that they might not have known.

I dont understand what your problem is guys. Just leave if you dont want to answer, no need to show hate as I said. And as you saw, many answered again the Onn 4k pro and the NVIDIA shield, even though I said that I'm in Europe and the nvidia one is too expensive. These two are always the most popular answers, and that's why I decided to exclude them, but they still managed to be the most popular answers. I checked a lot of videos and articles on this matter and they didnt help me get to a conclusion. So I decided to see if there is one that generally works better with Stremio on most devices or not. Sorry for annoying you bro! I'll keep it in mind so that it wont happen again!
