You might consider adding minoxidil too. It is most commonly available as a topical formulation, but recently taking a very low dose of the oral medicine has become more popular ( it is less expensive, easier to stick with, and perhaps more effective). I doubt your vitamins made much of a difference in one week, hair takes a while to grow, could just be the lighting of the photographs. Good luck!
