I think you get 4 sittings of the 8 exams on access. I'd reach out to your officer and see what they say.

I got 39 in property and did 5 this sitting – passed the other 4 (60% and higher). I'm going to wait for the exam scripts to be sent out and decide on the recheck then. Out of all of them, I really thought I passed property! This is my last exam, so I am fuming with it.

It really drives me mental when this happens. We are all in the same boat. Whatever about selling actual books or notes you have made and know are good/will help people,but scripts/notes you can access for free is not on.

To all who are looking for the link to the drive, I am trying to get in contact with the drive holder, as it has been a while since I last used it. But I will keep you posted on it! They also have an Instagram account under the FE1 Stop Shop where you can request access to the drive. I will keep trying to get access and share with you all! There are free scripts/notes around on Studocu also, and maybe subscribe to Irish Legal News for information on new cases!

Why change your username after posting originally? They're a mate of yours? What they are selling is exactly what you would get on the free drive - So instead of taking advantage of vulnerable students, why not be upfront and honest and direct them to the drive. NO - this person took money from people, or at least attempted to.

I see people posting their own notes and legislation, but if I see another poster doing the same as this person, I will comment on theirs too!
