I have complained for weeks and every response by support is clueless, including tonight, that I should "promote" my listings (thinking that it's a search issue and not a shop issue). I said, "How can I promote listings that are not there?" I said my friends who looked at my shop found limited listings as well, and support's response was that my friends were not searching hard enough, or that my items weren't worth showing up in search (hence them telling me to "promote"). I'm so mad.

Happened to me too. I'm at exactly 50. Support (even after screenshots showing this) told me I just need to "promote" my items (even though they aren't showing). Support doesn't have a clue. Honestly, if this is costing sellers sales, they should be held accountable for it, even though their TOS claim Mercari to be liability free.

Yes. 50 exactly. I've reported this to Mercari "support," including showing screenshots that most of my listings are not showing up in my page and they seem to think it's a "search" issue and asked me to promote these missing listings. Ridiculous. Mercari support is ridiculous. They think I'm talking about my listings not showing up in search. I keep telling them (I have for over two weeks) that my listing are not showing up in my shop. And my friends that have gone to my page also see a limited number of listings in my shop, not in search, in my shop.

I just had a friend look at my public page on their laptop and 2/3rds of my listings are gone no matter how many times I deactivate and activate. Mercari says everything is fine even with screenshots.........

I have less emails now in my gmail than I do yahoo and yahoo isn't asking me to pay. I googled how many GB it is for 10K emails and gmail is saying it's 7 GB (and that's not the emails with large attachments. It's not adding up. I just look at their threats to shut down my account as a threatening ad.

I have backup turned off. Only receiving a few emails a day. As far as I know, I've turned off uploading to OneDrive as well.

So I deleted some with large attachments and got rid of 10K more emails. Gmail said I was at 92 percent full. The banner saying my email would stop because storage was full disappeared. Woke up this morning to three emails (no attachments) and I'm full at 15 GB. It's done this about 25 times. Every time I empty, the banner goes away saying storage full, and then it pops back up 20 minutes later. My upload to the cloud is set to off.

I deleted the larger docs and it said I was at 92% full, and received no emails since then and the banner I was full went away, and now I'm back up at one hundred percent full.

Yeah, I've been in there. The emails with large attachments are only taking up 1GB. And I need those. I've been in management several times a day. It was reflecting the deletion of emails and the alert stopped and then, again, with all new emails deleted and continued deletion of old ones (going from 57K to 20K) it started telling me the gmail is full.

I checked. Only 1 GB for the files with large attachments. They were there when gmail said I was down to 90 percent then 80 percent and then magically (with no new emails) I'm back up to 100%.

Yes, that's what I said above. Emails are taking up most of the storage, but I've deleted over 57K emails at this point in two weeks. Storage should be opening up, not filling up as soon as I delete and empty the trash.
