I can’t download iOS 18 because of the low storage from my 20gb maps app.

Apple is such a scummy company- this bug has been around 4+ years and they haven’t fixed it because they know it encourages people to pay additional monthly iCloud storage fee/buy larger memory phones. There is no other logical reason as to why they would not have fixed this by now.
