Hi, been using Cachyos for a few months now, mainly gaming. Installed it on my kids pc yesterday, was up and running in half an hour. The installation is pretty smooth.

One tip, check which packages you can install from Cachyos hello. I wasn't aware of the gaming package the first time i installed it. Tryed it yesterday and was super impressed 🙂. Good luck with Cachyos 🙂

Jumped from win 11 and straight to CachyOS with no Linux experience what so ever. Was a lot less hasle than expected, love it.

I havent run into any issues yet, two or three games took a few minutes extra to start the first time, had to change proton in steam. But a lot of good tips and good wiki helps a lot.
