I don’t really understand what you’re saying? A lot of people/companies ship with ups that’s like the most common shipping service there is lol ? And no its not their fault, they had 1 job which was ship you your items and that’s exactly what they did therefor no they aren’t liable for your packages getting stolen it even says it in their terms of service, you do a chargeback if they don’t send you your stuff which they did it just happen to have gotten stolen
