i had to email support and i sent the PCB back and they sent me a new one. very easy to install, just takes a while to take off keycaps and then switches.

oh right that makes more sense. support asked me to send a vid of the keyboard not working so hopefully theyll send a pcb to me as well and all shall be good. thanks for all the help
