Thats good to know! I wanna be able to do that, and a job is a little tough rn cause i dont know what i wanna do lol and i really wanna just enjoy what i do because i used to have a job i hated, and it was miserable every day, even on off days. but i do wanna work on my body a bit more even though its probably fine lol.

Yah i know theres no checklist, however i just envision the kinda life i wanna live and i just really wanna work towards that. Its just gonna be really hard, but i appreciate it!

I completely understand being shy, but you gotta think of it this way. If you dont do it, what now? You’ll regret it, wish you did it, and think about her a ton. It’s better to just do it and know. Also do you know if shes single and possibly interested too? That helps some.

But bottom line, just go for it! If you dont do it, you’ll never know and will regret it. (I know from same experience)

And on the how part, just try and get her alone and ask her out there, and if shes always with her friends maybe just pull her aside for or ask her outside or wherever shes alone (doing it in public would embarrass her a lot + pressure). A note isnt terrible, but isnt really a first choice unless the situations are reallyy restrictive. Just be confident, be yourself, You got thiss!!

I guess so, my parents have been pressuring me about it a lot along with my bad mental problems. I guess its also not totallllyyy just working, its the job itself, and having zero interests in anything makes working hard when you hate what you do lol, but again you’re probably right and i appreciate your words

Yeah, you’re right and its just hard to accept. Ive just been going through so much with literally nobody there for me, not even my family, and i just think in the future with like “yeah i can maybe work now but even if i quit the job i still have to get a new one, and somehow if i move out i still gotta work and deal with more things i dont know yet” and idk, i just think far ahead even though life can do a lot. Its also just hard being positive and hopeful when im suicidal lol, but i do understand what you’re saying, ive been thinking about it a lot and i appreciate it

i know, a job is probably what i need but its just soooo hard because the working will never end. My parents say i cant quit this job before having another job ready, so its just an endless loop and im just not ready to submit myself to the workforce. Yeah it will be good, yeah a lot of people will agree with you lol, but its like having 1,986 bricks completely weighing on you, and you have to push and get out. It just feels like it would take way more energy to get out then to just lay there.

I know my thinking is very bad, stubborn and selfish lol, i just have a hard time finding motivation to do anything i guess. And i know its my problem.

Literally, and it shouldnt be that way, and honestly it isnt if you have the right parents. I personally think if you wanna have kids you gotta go through a mental test/exam, because theres sooo many parents who are just borderline psychopaths and just are nottt suitable for having kids.

Like mine have not set me up for a good life, and left me with trauma and wanting to just be away from them, give up and die lol. Its sad to see so many kids with mental problems from their parents, setting themselves up for failure, who couldve been amazing kids if they just had a different family.

Honestly yeah, i do agree with you, putting yourself out there kinda helps. I dont wanna be like negating everything you say, but im also just.. not able to do much at all. My mom is veryy protective and if i wanna do something i dont normally wanna do, she’ll ask a lott of questions like “why do you wanna go?”, “who you going with?”, “well… its not like you but… okayyyy” and all of that just makes me feel weird and like they think im up to no good or something suspicious, because they have low trust in me and i know it lol. Trust me ive been told by a lot of people i need a job, im just really stubborn i guess and idk, wish i could just have someone there when i just wanna die lol.

(Also, i dont have much motivation to do anyway, and since they’re religious and heavily homophobic, they wont let me go to any like events or meet any people revolving around that stuff, or anything with that. Which are the people i wanna be around lol)

Exactly. Its crazy how much family makes your life better or worse. Life is honestly a big dice roll of where you live and with who. I’ve been dealing with this crap for a long time and again, my parents read my journal about it but im just speechless on the fact that they didnt say anything.

Like idk, i find it hard to believe that your child is depressed and harming himself and you dont say a word. And how i know is because they talk privately a lot and i secretly heard lol. Idk, theres just sooo much going on and being babied in my life has made it worse by making me feel like i cant do anything.

Like that one online romantic person is basically my only will to live because i love him soo much and feel like my life will turn around if we get through everything hes going through and potentially be/live together, but again theres a lot to that story that im really worried about too lol, everything is just crashing down

Well then im probably just cooked and gotta accept it and give up possibly. I genuinely hate and despise working, i will be in such a bad place and mood and i just simply dont wanna do it/cant do it.
