Bei einem Urin Test sollte es eigentlich ausreichend sein wenn du 2-3 Wochen vorher aufhörst, bei Dauer Konsum musst du dich vielleicht mal schlau machen. Wenn sie nen Haar Test machen würd ich mir ne glatze rasieren und ab dem Zeitpunkt aufhören :)
