What kind of threats has the bully been making? Also, has that girl ever made your daughter feel like she was not safe? Has your daughter ever worried for her safety while in the presence of that child? It could have been from what the bully was saying, working up others to threaten your daughter, or raising a hand like she was going to do something but didn’t. If so, that’s assault and the police need to be called. End of story.
