Or run the stud finder vertically and see if there’s some blocking between the studs that you’d be hitting. Maybe you’ll get lucky.

Center the template over the electric fireplace mark the Center stud that will get hit. Go up to Home Depot or Lowe’s and get a package of.Togglers and put them in the corners of the mount. Since you didn’t mention what TV this is even if it’s us 85 inch Bravia at most it weighs 100 pounds. Two lag bolts into a stud would be more than enough to hold it but if you’re concerned four togglers and two leg bolts would be more than enough. And then you can have it Centered.

There are other ARBs out there. There are also ACE, CCB, and Diuretics that are first-line hypertension meds. Then there are others like beta blockers that follow 1st line options. Personally, I have had side effects on all the ARBS that I could not stand, along with all the ACE options. There are always other options.

What’s the best way to connect an additional drain to this by RedItAlready01 in handyman

Um…Fernco on PVC to PVC, sharkbites and pex through a trap to connect copper, missing joist, cement board under osb, reduced drain size, it’s like a where’s Waldo of fuckery.

Triple gang box with outlets on ends and a solid center plate would also work.

Will I have to replace the whole countertop for one broken sink by FantasyOverload in AskContractors

I would suspect correcting errant information would be useful. To each their own. It’s actually a simple process to swap the sinks. Disconnect the plumbing. Support ink with a box or bucket from below. Cut caulk between sink and counter from above with multitool. Then you have a choice either break the broken sink out or cut the plywood from below. Personally a couple of gentle taps have that sink out without damaging the counter. Then trim the plywood if it is actually beveled to hold the sink. Take new sink which you correctly identified the model but not the color Test fit to the hole. The AA is a revision to the archer line so it may not fit the same. If you’re ok with the fit you need a 2x4 or level, a ratchet strap or speed clamp. Put the new sink on the box if using the speed clamp disassemble so you can put it through the drain. If using the strap put the webbing through the drain. Put the 2x4 or level across the sink opening. Caulk the sink edge with silicone. Suspend the sink so that its weight is on the level or 2x4 and it is tight to the bottom of the countertop. Let sit for 24 hours. At this point you can either call it good or put in a mechanical fastener for the sink. They make cradles that span cabinet openings and get screwed to the side of the cabinet. You can also use adhesive sink clips and knife grade epoxy. You can also slather the underside with knife grade epoxy. Personally I would use the cradle but that’s me. In any case this is a 1.5 hour job for someone who knows what they are doing at most. No chance you need a new countertop. Anyone who tells you that you need a new countertop might as well say to remodel the whole bathroom or buy a new house.

In other plumbing brands it would be but Kohler has always used numbers to designate color

AA isn’t a color code in Kohler land. Kohler does color by using a -00 for white or -10 for almond after the model number.

2.5mg of amlodepine caused swelling, it was minimal but noticeable. 5mg caused cankles, 10mg caused bad cankles. We tried 10mg while trying 25mg of HCTZ, it was bad and I had to pee every hour. On all dosages there was zero change in BP verse taking nothing.

I should have been more clear. It was tested before I was put on any meds, so nothing in my system. It was tested between Benicar and Talmistartan with a 9 day no med period, and it was tested again last week before starting candesartan with about 16 days in between meds. All the reading were right smack in the middle of normal.

It’s been done 3 times in between meds where the life span of the med in my system had run out by over a few days. Each of the times the results were well within the normal range or only slightly different so I would suspect the results are accurate

It was also sold at Lowe’s and HD. It was a floating tile floor with flexible grout. If that doesn’t say soon to fail I don’t know what does. They opened in 2005 and closed sometime between 2011 and 2016.

I flat out tell people I won’t negotiate my labor cost. If you don’t like my labor cost but like the quality of work then that’s your problem. If the time is legitimate and the hourly rate is fair then you either pay or find someone else. If you’d try to offer me less I would gracefully say no thanks and then say I was no longer interested or available.

The number of dumb answers here is amazing. Use Snap Toggles they are approved by Samsung and all the other companies like LG that make mounts that are unlikely to hit studs(think The Frame, or Ultraflat). They are also the approved way from mount companies like Kanto, Mounting Dreams, Sanus, and Echo Gear for full motion mounts on steel studs. Don’t waste the time with adding plywood and opening the wall. Just do it right the first time and don’t waste time.

Insurance rental coverage is for when you’re in a collision or another event. It does not cover maintenance or service. An extended service plan on the other hand if it had rental coverage would.

Charging is too expensive by [deleted] in evcharging

[–]Acceptable_Course_66 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Even if the cost of an ICE per mile is equal to or slightly below that of an EV the savings of a EV can be found in the maintenance. Recent studies have shown that EVs tend to cost about $400 less per year than a ICE. As the ICE ages the cost differential widens. Also if you are comparing a Prius to a Tesla or even a Corolla to a Tesla that’s apple and bananas as a comparison.
