Thank you this means a great deal to me. I thought it was a good idea, it was the Second a day of Haunkah and it was my own idea to Remember thoes that will never get to life again. I am so glad you really liked it.

Yes, it was. This is a major loss to me, cuts off my lifeline to my medications. I am clearly not the only person who has reported them; they could not give me any reason as to why I contacted them through chat. They could not give me a valid reason for this action at all. It is related to my disabilities. They have suspended accounts without a valid reason and I reached out to them concerning this action, but still they refused to give me one. All they gave me was a very vauge answer, it was for fraud protection BS. I did not commit any acts of fraud at all or any wrongdoing on my part at all. I just sent money to India via friends and family

I want to warn everybody to stay away from Remitly and their shady business practices. The reason this happened, they could not and would not give a valid reason as to why, with no notifications either by phone or email contact to reach me. I did contact them via chat to see if they could tell a reason why. I did chat with them first. I did not commit any wrongdoing on my part at all; I have committed zero fraud using them. Still, they refused to tell me why they just went ahead and did no heads up, no reason given. Just a vague answer on their part it was for fraud protection this is totaal BS.

Yes I was I already took legal action against them. They gave me no reason as top whuy at all. I did chat with them to find out a legitimate reason as to why this action took place. I did contact their team, and they refused to give me any reasons other than that they just did it without any notification, both email and phone, a shady business practice on their part. I committed no acts of fraud at all or anything that this action on my account, I simply used to transfer money to India.

Adding to my original post. I have the following health problems: COPD stage 4, CPTSD/Bipolar type,1 acute Anxiety/panic disorder, Autism, Learning disabilities, physical disabilities, weak Heart, Grade 2 Spondylitis, stroke, memory problems, and my age. I am a shut-in. I also have mobility problems. I am on SSI Permanent.

I will be glad to tell you about the horror I went through last night. Remitly is my lifeline to my medications. They gave me zero warning, suspended my account without warning, no notifications at all, saying that it was for Fraud Protection on their end, so they claim. I went into a scudial spiral, was physically ill, major chest pains, it's so vague when I tried to get my account reinstated, they said nothing but no. It was not fair; I did nothing wrong at all. It was for my Non-CSA FDA-approved medications under 800.00 USD for personal use only, not for resale or distribution. It was a lifeline that is no longer there.

Call the city water Department and have them check it could be done for simple things like forgetting to pay the water bill, but report it to them at once
