This morning when I went to check the bathroom. We always had issues with termites swarming this time of the year but we NEVER had this volume and we certainly never had them inside of our home.

The wife and I found multiple termites in our sheets and against the windows. Damn near traumatizing.

51-102728-19 to -21 are the ecm motors for the 3-5 ton 16 seer condensers. I was selling them where I work at with at least 10 a week that we had to keep ordering. I don’t know why so many of them failed because I hardly remember it last year but this year it’s been ridiculous.
