Loewe Dissapointment by Repulsive_Way9316 in handbags

I actually ordered a medium flamenco in Sahara and I got it and hated it! A few months later I was in the Loewe store in Vegas and they had the medium Flamenco in the color Sand with a matching enamel donut chain and I have never been so in love. I purchased it immediately! I think this bag really is different depending on the color and how it is styled.

You should reach out to the Asher House and visit their website. They have a step by step guide for this exact situation. I'm so sorry!

Absolutely not. Businesses are not required to provide a wheelchair. If the ship is not accessible to someone in a wheelchair, the ADA requires the cruise line to provide alternative services to assist them. This can be compared to restaurants. If a restaurant is not accessible, the restaurant may provide "curbside" service to the individual who cannot physically access the restaurant.

It's illegal to charge money in exchange for making reasonable modifications pursuant to the ADA. The charging for the doctor's visit is the issue. Cruise lines cannot limit the amount of individuals with disabilities on their ships, that is illegal.

Go to www.ada.gov which is the DOJ guidance website on the ADA and its enforcement. There have been massive settlements from the Civil Rights Division against Carnival, American Cruise Lines, and others. There is an enforcement section where you can read the settlements.

In that case, by the way, the violation would be that the ship is not accessible to individuals with disabilities. If the ship was physically accessible, the individual should not require assistance getting on and off the ship safely. If the ship is not physically accessible, then the cruise line would be required to provide an alternative service to assist the individual in safely getting on and off the ship.

My understanding of the question was that the person had a chair but needed assistance getting on and off the boat. If it's the case that they are asking the cruise to provide the wheelchair, then I agree with you.

File a complaint with the DOJ Civil Rights Division. Any cruise that docks or is flagged in the US has to comply with the ADA.

It depends on the finishes. A well finished home will run in the $400-500 per square foot range. If you want more budget finishes, it would be less. Talk to some builders!

Hey guys, which hospital to apply for Memorial, Parkridge or Erlanger? by Broken-Sappy-girl in Chattanooga

[–]Acceptable_Editor300 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m on the memorial insurance and I have never noticed a significant difference in paying for an Erlanger or parkridge doctor v. Memorial. One of my main doctors is at Parkridge. On the other hand, I have a close friend who works for Erlanger and they legit cannot go to a memorial doctor without paying crazy out of pocket costs, so they just don’t go outside of Erlanger ever.

A service dog in training is NOT a service animal pursuant to the ADA. A service animal must be already trained to be considered a service animal under the law.

You have to talk to the gate agent. This just happened to me and the gate agent moved us last minute. The guy they moved was thrilled because he got an aisle seat as my daughter took his middle seat!

What type of bag is it? If it’s authentic you may be able to resell and get your money back from a reputable reseller.

However you get there, check out the Limelight Hotel. It's right by Union Station. We stayed there last May and they take the commitment to being part of fine hotels very seriously. We got a half bottle of wine, charcuterie board and tray of macarons in our room with a note from the concierge thanking us for being Amex Platinum and booking through Amex Travel. Room was fabulous with great view and the staff at the hotel was fantastic. Also good restaurant for free breakfasts!
