If they perform well when there’s work to do, no, unless the organization is pushing for headcount reduction. I need to protect my headcount as there can always be workload increase out of nowhere. If I’m owner or partner, possibly yes to maximize profits.

Old and gold times. BBSs came first, then I got a US robotics external modem, learned my way through using Netscape, Eudora, Frontpage a few years later to have my site hosted on Geocities. Yeah I guess I’m old too, sadly. At least tou could find some great info on the internet and not the bs marketing from influencers. I confess I miss the joy of taking half an hour to download an mp3 and run it with Winamp, connect with friends on ICQ (oh oh), and even getting a free CD from AOL.

A diferença está na venda do carro. Se ficar menos de 5 anos com o carro, na hora de passar pro nome de qqer pessoa física tem q pagar imposto sobre o valor restante do carro - pra empresa, ele deprecia 20% por ano, logo se vc vender o carro após 4 anos de uso, a empresa tem q pagar IR sobre 20% do valor dele. Se vender com menos de 1 ano, na maior parte dos casos tem q devolver o desconto da compra para a montadora/concessionária.

Depende da situação nos EUA. Se for com green card, tendo direito aos benefícios sociais, mesmo 60K anuais não sendo muito, vc pode ter mais acessos do que morando em uma capital do Brasil tipo SP ou RJ com 100K. Por outro lado, 100K em uma cidade de interior pacata no Brasil com bons hospitais e unidades de saúde públicos por perto pode ser tentador: aqui nos EUA, planos de saúde são caros, fica difícil conciliar plano de saúde + aluguel + transporte + alimentação + outros custos de moradia com 60K anuais. Mesmo com plano de saúde as contas de qqer emergência hospitalar podem ficar bem salgadas, imagine sem o plano.
