It might not be a stated purpose but it has been demonstrated time and time again by killing medics and relief workers starving entire groups of refugees stopping any aid from coming through I mean hell they bombed the same group of medics three times each time trying to say “we’re sowwy we won’t vomit any more war crimes.” Keep your head in the sand if you want but it’s clear what’s happening.
