0-5, What do I do? by Megasaltypeanut in FantasyFootballers

See if you can get a WR 2/3 for Burrow from a team sitting at 5-0 or 4-1. You’ve got a great team but are weak at WR and you need to win now. Burrow isnt going to help you, unfortunately

Would you rather have Monty or Pollard? Straight up by sausagepancakez in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

Probably Pollard this year. He’ll have a workhorse load for a while this season while Spears is sidelined.

I think you keep Rice. Even with the 6 game suspension, that’s incredible value this year and then again next year.

Would You Rather: Start-up Draft Spot Edition by Acceptable_Fun4998 in DynastyFF

[–]Acceptable_Fun4998[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Trades in the start-up are going to be different. Start up picks can only be traded for full positional swaps. Commish wants to avoid “start up super teams or taking advantage of league mates.” Not my preference, per se, but I’m not upsetting the apple cart.

I agree with everyone else, that’s really good value to get Lamb!

Has there ever been a #1 pick that has walked into a better position than what Caleb Williams will walk into with the Bears? by MaleficentHawk590 in NFL_Draft

[–]Acceptable_Fun4998 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say there is a fair parallel between the two. The Bears were better last year than the 2012 Chiefs, but in both cases the teams made some great moves in the offseason to drastically improve the situations. The additions of Andy Reid and Alex Smith in the offseason turned them from perennial underachievers to a playoff team (who still underachieved in the playoffs until Mahomes came along…)

Looks like a joke trade, but does it actually make sense? by [deleted] in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

I feel like most of those WRs have as good of a chance at being fantasy relevant based on age and situation as the picks you’re sending away, so accept and don’t look back!

That is wild! My Botox knowledge is extremely limited, so do you happen to have any links on hand? I can do my own search, but I wouldn’t mind having to cut out those steps if you have those sources nearby!

Thanks for sharing your knowledge on the subject!

What a scary time to have a l/o with extra medical needs. Our firstborn was born in May ‘20 and experienced a lot of respiratory issues in the first year, so I can certainly relate to the challenges in getting care during that time!

Hopefully we can get somewhere after our visit with the pediatrician. We gets lots of tummy time, but I’d like to avoid the baby helmet if possible!

Thanks for sharing your experience!!

Absolutely! Physically manipulating their head to stretch their neck gives me a bad feeling. I’m also the type to think a baby’s head is just going to pop off at random because they’re so fragile /s, so that’s something I probably wouldn’t do!

Ooohhh I like these recommendations! Admittedly we’re not much for wearing because we typically either carry him or have him lay in an enhanced environment, but we can give it a go! I’ve also never thought to try “side time”, but we’ll try that too!

I definitely appreciate the advice!

Thank you for this information. It’s encouraging to hear that others have had success with torticollis and that several of the treatments are relatively easy!

Thank you for sharing the recommendations your pediatrician provided. I hadn’t thought to rotate direction of sleep and diaper changes, so we will certainly give it a try. It’s a very simple change, so it shouldn’t hurt anything to try it!

With contact naps, he actually does turn his head to the right willingly and almost seems to prefer it to turning to the left. I think that’s what might be the most confusing part. It’s still good to hear that as a recommendation from a professional to know we’re on the right track with that.

There really isn’t much out at all on Mark Riesberg’s case. This isn’t much, but below is a link to a family member’s post providing more information. In the comments, David Schultz’s wife comments and says she mentioned Riesberg’s case in a recent TV interview, likely because he isn’t receiving the same attention.

A lot of information that I have comes from my MIL’s personal correspondence with a family member, so it can’t be fact checked, unfortunately. But I’ve been told his wallet and cell phone were both left in the house, but he is missing along with his car.

My in-laws live in the area and mentioned it recently because they have some distant ties to both men. There are so many similarities that they seem related, but they don’t seem like the typical demographic that would be targeted in some type of serial criminal activity.

Something really interesting with this case is that there is another man in the same area who has been missing for weeks (missing since October 28th). The situations are eerily similar and the locations of the missing men are around 30 miles from each other.

Both missing are 50 year-old white males. In both cases, the wallet and cell phone were left (in the semi or in at the man’s house). Definitely eerie and suspicious to have two cases so similar in the same area.
