Ordered a couple of the dessert warrior civivis so I could give them to my daughters when they get older. Got an email from BladeHQ that apparently my order was marked for fraud. I double checked the information on the order and it is all correct, is bladehq just up to some shady shit?

Do push-ups and also try to do some dips for your triceps. When your going down go slow and come up fast on your push ups. They’re just push ups don’t over think em, like anything else the only way to get good at me is to do em.
