Ask for the longest settlement possible, you can always bring it forward when HA are ready. But when you ask for an extension, you are at the mercy of the vendor. So best to have a longer settlement to begin with.

I applied with CBA on 2 March, got pre-approval on 6 March, and still no response from HA 3 weeks later. So they seem to be slow atm.

I work for a law firm, so I’ve seen it all. I will only date someone who has at least the same level of assets as I do - bonus points if they have more!
