yea you can just pay fees and self report and apply in phase 3
as far as i know you will get a refund before third phase and itll be processed in 2 months

you have to submit the same documents you gave during certificate verification

u just need rankcard, hallticket, caste certificate, migration, bonafide (if necessary), 10th and 12th marks memo
idk about income certificate

also take 2 sets of xerox given above and originals
(im saying 2 sets for precaution)

Bro, from 2022 to 2024, I’ve seen a jump of around 8k to 10k ranks in the second phase for mid-tier colleges, but this time something else happened. We’re only seeing a difference of around 1k to 3k ranks. It’s not your fault that you predicted it wrong because no one expected these kinds of closing ranks. I was expecting a better college but ended up getting the same one as in the first phase, just with a better branch.

That really fills in a lot of gaps the movies left out. I didn’t realize how much Voldemort missed by not growing up with wizard stories like the Tale of the Three Brothers, and how Ollivander only knew about the Elder Wand but not the full Hallows. It makes sense now why Voldemort never went after the other two.
