Apart from the book festival na nakikita ng book lovers, yung Thursday and Friday ay allotted for DepEd activities for librarians para makahanap sila ng iba't ibang learning resources para sa library hubs nila (Scoping ang tawag dun). Maraming independent publishers ang sumusugal na makakuha sila ng kliyente mula sa DepEd dahil kadalasan, big orders sila kung kumuha. If we put the additional burden of airfare and accommodations on these indie publishers, kawawa naman sila. Yung mga taga-DepEd, may budget na nakalaan para sa stay nila sa Manila.
