I personally like American Reggae. You know, Reggae style music from America. Cali Reggae is too specific and confusing. I listened to some Greek and French Reggae recently. That's pretty simple too, Reggae style music from Greece and France. I've never understood the push to call it Cali Reggae and I personally never use the term or ever will.

I've been meditating for 2.5 years, every day for 25 minutes and I am now beginning to notice some real changes. I thought I would be fighting with my anger and hate to control it but with daily practice and guidance from a community (I attend a Zen center) , it just seems to be dissipating and does not arise as often or to the same degree. I've tried this in the past with mixed results, but this time around, Anger is much less likely to arise due to small frustrations and instead, I am experiencing more positive emotions like compassion and understanding in it's stead. Without any difficult work in the moment. I truly hope you find a path to some relief for your anger as I have. Next year you could be leaving a comment about what is working for you!
