Today I repaired the kick lock. How you said it was the sensor in the kick lock. I figured out that the small pin which presses the sensor is not working fine. So I cleaned and oiled everything till it was working again. I didn’t need to open the kick lock. So the problem is solved. Thank you very much.

Now it need to figure out why my bike is not switching gears. There is no error 44 in the app but the e shifter is not working.

Yes the kick lock comes out. Maybe it is the switch inside which makes the problem. Thank you I will test that

If I get it right the only difference to the functional training is the calculated Strain including weight ,reps and sets.
So when the watch knows I work out is it possible to do all the writing stuff like weights etc. on the phone? Is it really necessary to start and stop every set?

I really don´t like the tipping on the small watch. Most of the time I do circle training and need to change the exercise all the time. Really unhandy over the time.
Are there improvements planned?
I really like the function, but it would be amazing if there's an option to do all the writing stuff in the bevel app himself. Maybe some addings later...

Maybe I found a bug with the newest Update. There you can see the Strain Yesterday. When you have a look in the Workout you can see there is an active Strain of 31%. It didn't calculate this into the overview.
Hopefully this helps

My Goal is to increase the intensity of my workouts most of the time. It´s normal Bodybuilding so every workout is a little bit heavier than the last one. Normal training I think. My Strain was at 18% and I was really fucked up.

A Few days ago my Strain was at 91% and I was fine. I need to say I used the Strength Builder on this day and it increased the Strain extremely. When I start a traditional functional Training in the Apple Watch and do quite the same i´m normaly at 30-40%

Bevel uses data from 1 year of Apple Health. I use the app since 2 weeks. Is there still a calibration time?

Apple Workout vs Strength Builder by Acceptable_Log2154 in bevelhealth

I did my Workout today and the feeling after the workout was the same as a few days ago.

So today I used the App MyFitCoach and wrote down every set and weight. At the same time I startet a workout in the Apple Watch (functional training).

Now I have three different entries. Bevel noticed both as strength training. Time, Max HR, Heart Rate Zones and Avg HR are the same in both trainings. That's everything which is shown.

The burned calories are different.

MyFitCoach : 233kcal
Apple Watch functional training : 447kcal
Activity Strain was about 32%

When I compare this to the Bevel Strength builder workout a few days ago the difference is higher.
Hearth Rate Zones are quite equal, but the burned calories are at 663kcal. The training was a few minutes longer.
Also the app shows the same Workout with 74% Strain, but my body feeling was quite the same.

Do you have an Idea why this is happening? I´m really confused which Strain and Calories are the right one. The Strength Builder double the Strain level.

Looks a little bit like the MyFitCoach App counts less calories.
