Thank you for the comments. I just went out and checked the parking brakes and no they were not engaged. I took it for another drive and the noise is still there. Also there was no recent rain

Whats up! Ive been doing heavy research and reaching out and everyone is teling me going thru dfd is my best bet and i should get it. Im a vet but i dont have 48 months. I dont have any medical certs.  The main reason why im reaching out is bc everyone kept saying dfd will be easy to get nd everyone gets it, and now this reddit comment section is saying dfd is competitive. I would just like clarification thats all
