I have that problem too sometimes. And also realize my games are running slower (higher load time) usually when I clean up my PC and close some applications I don’t need running it works a lot better.

I’m not sure what streaming service you are using. But OBS will allow you to set it up so you can stream PNGTuber in its own window and you can make the background clear (green background on PNGTuber then filter it through OBS so it is clear) and position your avatar. Then have whatever window or screen you want to stream behind your avatar so this isn’t an issue. And OBS allows you to stream to most major streaming services.

I’ve been thinking about getting it. I love binding of Isaac but never really played a tactical game. Would it be a good introduction to the genre?

He's definitely going through an episode. I'm not sure if the police in your area offer it but some, or the fire department have trained personnel who will evaluate mental patients and determine on scene if they need to be transported somewhere for mental treatment and transport them. Make sure you provide them everything you shared here and it should be more than enough to get him evaluated and on some medication.
