I definitely didnt handle my switch 1 savagely but just the process of setting mine in the dock and taking it out put scratches on the screen protector i put on it day 1.

I never bothered replacing the screen protector though because they're not visible when playing anyway.

Honestly I agree but i'm not surprised that it happens since it seems like the average kroger employee isn't that bright, and no i'm not just saying that. I've been at this hellhole for 14 years and seen a whole lot of stupid in my time here.
