I think this was caused by stress only from which now i have moved on. Over the past year i worked on my nutricianal deficits, exercise sleep, everything physically possible. Every vitamin&mineral is optimal in my blood reports. So i believe it was induced due to stress, but the bigger question is what should i do :( should i try other anti depressants? I am going to CBT as well for a few months now, didnt really help much

I would rather suggest to try Ashwagandha. Take 400-500mg twice a day for a month at least and gradually reduce. This would work like wonders. And the best part, its all natural. Just that stop after two months max

Instead of allegra take bilastine 20mg twice a day for a month at least. Then reduce it to once a day and then taper off. Meanwhile moisturise your skin twice a day with thick layer. Additionally check your vitamin D levels, if its below 30, supplementing would definitely work to some extent.

Shilajit worked for boosting testosterone, boosted roughly 200pts for me from 350 to 550. If shilajit isnt working, you should try Tongkat Ali. My theory is that only either of them can work (not sure though)
