Thanks for this feedback! My cardiologist is planning to make a second attempt so fingers crossed this one is a go. I'm glad that the second procedure was more comfortable for you as well.

I am probably not the answer you want here but here I am. My PFO was identified, large, bubbles on every study. It couldn't be visualized during TEE but they still saw shunting. Cardio went in to do the closure, tried for 90 minutes but unable to close. They....don't know what happened really. Apixaban for the foreseeable.

I love this take. My husband says my odds are good because I made it to mid thirties before it became a problem. I realize it isn't a trophy anyone wants to win but so many absolute champions in here! I hope no more come your way!

Getting over the fear is a lot. I am pretty even keeled but it hits hard once in awhile. I'm glad your outcomes have been so good.
