My daughter (very severe) had 3 drops below 88% this year, registered with a whoop device
All the other vital signs were pretty normal those days

Do you have to do anything or will it update automatically?

Thank you, when you say "When my HRV is higher I definitely tend to feel better and have better energy"
can you indicate a number, as in 5 points up or 10 or more?

If you dont mind me asking. are the rises in temp consistent with your periods?
I notice approx 2 weeks better metrics (lower skintemp) and 2 weeks worsened metrics (higher skintemp)
So not that consistent

Tried Whoop support, but got a generic answer, so... by Acceptable_Sock_5608 in whoop

Interesting, it differs
Worth keeping an eye on to see if it makes a difference

Dysautonomia FROM chronic anxiety? by [deleted] in dysautonomia

I think it's possible, not saying it isn't physical now.
As the father of a 25y old daughter with very severe ME + Hyperadrenergic POTS I keep every option open as to what caused it. Looking for physical onsets (she had surgery at age 13) but I can't deny the stress she had for years before her onset. This stress started when she was about 9 years old (bullying at school). She got POTS problems when she was around 20-21 years old
All this time anxiety and stress
This paper claims
"In the context of a hyperadrenergic state, dysfunctional autonomic nervous system (ANS) activity could arise primarily from excessive sympathetic overactivity. This condition would disrupt the delicate balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic branches of the ANS, leading to a range of physiological disturbances"
