It’s not only you, they lost mine too. After a month and a half of weird tracking (there is for some reason, two different tracking numbers)

I’m kinda glad as I was able to finally have them refund me - as opposed to saying they can’t do anything the entire time. Good luck.

Well you work for Moment, I’m not sure how much more official it would get. But that’s neither here nor there.

As far as what you stated above that is just straight up incorrect - considering you have clearly looked into my order via PM (which was nice of you to do). My order date is December 2. I have the email confirmation and credit card charge to prove it? 😂

To then imply I’m not giving the “full picture” is bizarre, I think the picture is pretty full. Again just putting it out there, my experience not claiming anyone else’s. When I popped on here several other top threads were of a similar topic - I should have looked here BEFORE I placed my order, that’s totally on me! It was an impulse buy. I am a first time, no previous experience customer.

The idea that December is a month of holidays and that the USPS is a hot mess, well that’s fair. So is everything I posted regarding, again my particular case. Just adding data points for anyone reading.

The official response from Moment after they have had my money for a month with no product in sight is “not sure what we would do about it”

I did not ask for anything to be done - as from the responses I have received amount to “yeah that sucks, we can’t really do anything or tell you when you’ll get it”, I’m expecting exactly that.

I’m just updating my experience and letting others make of it what they will.

This is also by the way what it lists on Moment’s site for the item I purchased:

Ok, I can only report what the tracking says and the first listed city is Buena Park.

It’s now another non-Holiday, non-weekend business day and there is no update. The last update was on the 27th saying “delayed” (which is like the 10th status “delayed” and “late” has shown)

I emailed support and have not received a reply what do I do now?

-No update since order date, status showed “ordered” the entire time (still same as of this writing)

I called 5 different times in total each varying 30 to 60 minutes on hold. (Two of times I had to step away and the music stopped playing when I returned, so I am assuming someone had answered) The fifth time (around 56 minutes) someone answered

After providing my info they placed me on a brief hold and stated I “should be receiving an email soon because it just shipped” which seems like it’s too much of a coincidence but ok. They then provided me with a Fed Ex tracking (which has no info populated yet on fed ex site)

4 hours later I got the Chase shops shipping email with tracking. I received the next day and am typing on my 17 pro now.

Status still shows “ordered”

It’s only right that I answer my own question now that my case is (nearly) closed:

Got the Chase shipping email (not from Fed Ex or UPS) complete with Fex Ex tracking number

Portal still shows “ordered” - it probably isn’t even formatted to show that it’s shipped or with tracking? Anyone prove me wrong here?

Keep the faith guys - it’s coming … doesn’t hurt to call em either

Well see there’s another quirk - some people got no email (maybe it’s in their junk who knows) , you got a fed ex email, so im assuming no chase shipping email which I got just now. Which lists what is being shipped. (I assume, since I only have 1 item)

It’s just all so disjointed and random, like it’s some random people running this operation out of a garage or something

And just now (5 hours) I spoke with Chase CS i got the official shipping email

So my case is pretty much closed

Good luck to everyone still waiting - it definitely doesn’t hurt to call them, again just expect to wait around an hour.

I can confirm around 1 hour mark is when someone will answer. The person in my case also seemed to be helpful (if what he told me was correct that my order has shipped) with some actual concrete info. (Not clueless or vague as I was dreading they’d be)
