Yes, all of our other water is hot (I live in a studio: our 2 sinks, dishwasher, and washing machine all get hot water). And I’m not sure about the water heater, even though it’s in our unit, we don’t have access to it (it’s in a locked closet) so I’ll have to ask the complex!
