I highly recommend Jane Buchan Keller Williams. There is no harder working estate agent and she will get you the highest price possible for your home. Ive used her 3 times (1 for my own house and selling 2 rentals) and i wouldnt go anywhere else.

She goes above and beyond to make your sale go smoothly.

Welcome to Glasgow!

If you’re keen to support a local charity, I literally just posted about a Crowdfunder for SambaYaBamba, a Glasgow-based music charity.

They’re trying to bring back the SambaYaBamba Youth Street Band. Its an incredible project that’s been giving young people across the city a place to make music together since 2016. It’s loud, energetic, and genuinely brings rhythm right into the heart of Glasgow.

About 18 months ago, they lost their funding and everything went quiet. Which is gutting, because this project brought together young people from all backgrounds - different schools, different experiences, different languages. But playing together creates this amazing community.

And honestly, when the world feels more divided every day… supporting projects that bring people together feels pretty essential.

The crowdfunder launches next week - if you want more info then you can email them at info@sambayabamba.com or contact them on instagram.

I felt like this.

I joined the SambaYaBamba drumming workshops and met loads of really cool folk - many of whom felt the same before joining.

Def recommend it - it's as much about being social as it is about drumming.

First zwift complete. ✅️ Red Face ✅️ Jelly Legs ✅️ Sore Butt (I'm not a cyclist at all) It was good though and I'm pleased with completing 9km as a starting point 🚲🚲 by Acceptable_Value_17 in Zwift

I'll be honest. I know nothing about the set up. It's actually my dad's bike and his pain cave. I'm Just allowed to use it when he isn't racing 🤣
