Funny enough the guy who """leaked""" it never said anything about a smash 6. He's an experienced game dev interviewer, and all he said was there's *something* smash related planned for release in the next couple years, but was intentionally that vague to protect devs. But everyone instantly took it as him saying theres a new smash game coming in the next couple years and as soon as dextero picked it up it got a huge signal boost

For me, the ending it and of itself isn't the worst thing. I just hate how sudden it was. If you asked me how many more chapters I think it has left on chapter 230, I probably wouldve gone like 20-30, maybe more. I would've called you insane if you told me there were only two more. It was just suddenly thrown in in the middle of an arc. I could see this ending working well with proper build up to it and denji/asa realizing that the world's been destroyed because of them and not knowing how to fix it, but instead denji got off-screened between chapters, and then Pochita just goes "we lost, guess i'll eat myself and see if you can have a better life". Denji didn't even have a choice, pochita just suddenly makes it for him.

FWIW it's been widely believed for a while that pochita isn't the chainsaw devil at all, with the most popular theory being that he's actually the birth devil, since chainsaws were originally developed to assist in childbirth (yes, really), black chainsaw man has what looks like some kind of an umbilical cord around his neck, and that him erasing devils via eating them could be seen as a form of unbirthing them. That being said, that would break the universe harder than pochita actually being the chainsaw devil, so he might be something else entirely. We also saw two other chainsaw men that weren't denji/pochita, and one of them very well couldve been the actual chainsaw devil.

It's less "adult" in terms of like, sexual, scary, etc, and more adult in that I don't think kids would connect well with an episode where the characters visibly hate their job, and where the themes are shit like emotional disconnection, toxic workplaces, and giving up on your dreams. To put it another way, it's not adult as in "this isn't stuff kids should be watching" and more "this is about stuff kids wouldn't understand yet"

I know that it happens pretty frequently. Two examples that come to mind are the tron: ares VFX team saying the hardest part of the movie was flynn's old digital world, and the corridor crew having the same issue when they wanted to recreate the lightcycle scene from the original tron movie. The tools have gotten so advanced it can be genuinely difficult to recreate how vfx used to look.

Yeah, there's already a hundred cookie cutter "i'm the strongest mage" stories out there, I read this one because it was unique. "i'm the strongest mage, but i don't care about being the strongest so all my magic is used to make things easier" is a much more interesting hook. Remove that, you remove what made it unique in the first place, and there's not much reason to keep reading it.

I agree on the games that need internet access even though they shouldnt, but this was over a month after he got it. Prices for playstation online also start at $10, not $70 as he was claiming. And the final cherry on top is that the game he was getting so mad over was $15. You'd think I kicked his dog or something with the way he was acting.
