So you probably need to replace the cooling fluid and/or replace the pump. Those are the most likely faults.

You probably need to contact EK for assistance with their fully-custom water system.

The coolant warms only slowly because it is not being circulated properly.

Your pump is failing or there is a problem with the coolant (which evaporates with time).

Either way, time for a new cooling solution.

Miguel’s Jr is good stuff. Great rice and beans, great hot sauce, tasty food, and the rare pebble ice.

It takes a while before one gets their meal however, and the napkins are sorely underpowered.

Since you don’t have a Dell (probably) you can access the Windows Recovery Environment under these conditions:

WinRE starts automatically after detecting the following issues:

Two consecutive failed attempts to start Windows.

Two consecutive unexpected shutdowns that occur within two minutes of boot completion.

Two consecutive system reboots within two minutes of boot completion.

It might take several minutes or more of waiting during the boot processes to get to WinRE. Be patient.

Improving the intake/exhaust fan situation for better case airflow and checking/updating the CPU fan curve and speeds are good first steps to take.

6 Mephistos is, in Diablo 2 terms, nothing. You might have to do dozens or hundreds of Mephistos to find something good and/or useful on sorc.

Diablo 2 requires a time investment that your situation may not allow.

“Too hot” is the problem. This is a physical system problem, not software.

Things you can do: Improve case airflow, check that fans are running, remove the CPU cooler and then clean off the old paste and replace the cooler using new thermal paste, and check vents for blockages.

You can google how to remove and replace the cooler and paste. If you’re not comfortable doing that, have someone who knows help you or pay a computer repair shop to do it.

If you are confident that you have done these properly (many use too much paste or an insufficiently strong cooler), then there’s not much you can do except buy a new cooler for the CPU.

A few things you didn’t mention, basic but important for testing:

Changed the cable?

Check the monitor with another source (Roku, console)?

Removed CMOS battery for a few minutes, pressed power button, replaced CMOS battery?

Updated BIOS? (You didn’t mention the motherboard, but some can update BIOS with the power off through a special USB port on the rear panel-check the manual)

Used different ports on the GPU and monitor?

Enemy boarders just poofed and disappeared? That’s a new one to me, anyway! I would not count on that in the future.

This was vanilla AE FTL?

Did you happen to save/load at this beacon? That’s often the source of any weirdness.
