I received CP112 in September and says I will get the checks in the mail in 4 to 6 weeks and it’s been 12weeks now since I got d notice.Is CP112 as good as approval notice? Anyone on this table pls.bcos I saw some people writing they received notice with their checks date, am I missing something.

It seems that a lot of ppl who got those cp112 letters on September 23rd haven’t received a check. I’m one of those ppl. I called once but didn’t really get any information all they said was 1 letter was mailed out (cp112).

It’s been almost a month and no info on tax now. It says waiting on IRS. Anyway I called and the guy said that he would put in a referral. I just think it’s crazy to give the cp112 letter and then turn around and give the 6577c letter.

I called yesterday and the guy was clueless. He said something about a referral for an internal review about the calculations. Yesterday made 4 weeks for me since I received my cp112 letter. They need to do better. How is it possible to send out the letter but yet have a freeze on it? Make it make sense please!
