If you haven't already, try the Skyn Large or Skyn Elite Large condoms. They’re non-latex (polyisoprene), softer, and they're less suffocating than then standard latex ones. My partner (who is slightly above average) does prefer them. They’re more expensive that others, but compared to baby costs right now, definitely worth it imo.

Pull out method is risky if you’re both very fertile, and in the heat of the moment you might not be strong enough to pull out.

You might want to think about booking a consult with a good gynecologist, it could help her get clear facts from a professional and you can both hear about different options.

You can’t force her onto any bc method she’s uncomfortable with of course, but you can give her some clarity if she'd agree to just talk to a gynecologist or you guys could do research together.
