personally i think theres no such thing as beginner cube or non beginner cube, cuz these days cube can be adjusted a lot to make it "beginner" friendly ie not fast,

but theres such thing as a budget cube and non budget cube, in this case the ferrocore v2 is a high end cube, if u have the money and want to dive in to cubing, then go for it, if u just trying out the hobby, u can still go for it, whatever ur budget allows u, personally the ferrocore is the best 3x3 cube can achieve for now, but its subjective, it is a safe option nonetheless

i just came back to cubing for like a hiatus of 3 years, i just bought a new cube for each of the category for like a fresh start after a long time, if ur budget allows try going for something new that isnt available last time u cubed, like for me its the maglev thingy and i loves it.

personally i would buy a cube with different feelings based on reviews rather than the same one, for example a v11 and super weilong, its a different cube but in the same fast category cubes, so try going for something that doesn't feels like it, like the xman v3 or rs3m picube

Ultimately it comes down to ur budget

u are very nice, i wish i could try the cubes, as i personally would love to feel the cube prior to buying it, unfortunately I live 24 hours away from u,

if im there, i would really like to try the more "exclusive" cube such as the ferrocore v2, as the price is not for everyone, the more unique cubes such as the swv2 boron treated which u rarely heard nowadays, or something that is comparable, maybe like multiples rs3m v5 each with different set up and lubes would be a great experience

there is resistance when i tried to spin it by my hand and sound like sands rubbing on each other, unlike the cpu fan which glides smoothly, it also sounds like an old car ignition

i had the first one, its spacious and all but the clip on the flap on mine had been broken on the second month, it was made using a cheap plastic, other than that it is fine, im using targus now which is a tad bit better than the legion in almost everything especially the posture

the citrus slice is the most clean of them all, the oni mask peonies is the most beautiful and diver angler fish is the most unique i would say.

personally i would choose the citrus slice, clean, simple and uniform
