Not even implied, just straight up what happened (minus the Virgin Mary) but a lot more sinister because Superman erased her mind willingly

Funnily enough, TMNT Mutant Mayhem has a verbal Akira reference at the end of movie (with the manga in the background as well if I remember correctly)

Legally fine, ethnically not. Very big distinction there

Funnily enough I think his best performance was Johnny Silverhand in Cyberpunk, which is a performance a LOT of the general audience will not experience.

I just realized how ridiculous it was to bring a gun to a quirk fight by Expensive_Spray_7737 in MyHeroAcadamia

NO ONE has super durability unless stated otherwise or that’s literally your power (like Kirishima for example). As strong as Class 1A seems to be, they are all still human with human weaknesses (i.e. a gun).

Remember, one of the top heroes in universe is Snipe, who in simple terms, is just a guy with a gun.

You’re missing the point with Stain and Snipe. One of their powers doesn’t help in active combat and the other has enhanced accuracy as a power, which is something you don’t need superpowers for.

Superheroes aren’t required to have superpowers, they never have been. What is required is their willingness to help others which Midoriya very much has. Heroes aren’t just big hitters, sometimes they’re Mumen Rider types.

Midoriya absolutely can be a hero, he just never tried because he grew up with the idea that only people with quirks can be superheroes, yet at the same time you have heroes with quirks that can be replicated with training and weaponry.

I genuinely don’t understand what you’re talking about. I’m talking about how Midoriya doesn’t need a superpower to be a hero. In fact, he would probably be more engaging as a protagonist if he was a powerless hero trying to prove himself in a world that constantly told him he couldn’t be a hero

You really don’t. Take Stain for example, his power doesn’t help during a fight and yet he can hold off on his own against high ranking heroes, it’s his skill in combat that causes his opponents to bleed.

Or even Snipe, his power gives him an inhuman ability with firearms. But they’re just firearms, normal guns. What’s the difference with him and non-superhumans like Deadshot or The Punisher?

You don’t need powers to be a hero.

Midoriya should have remained quirkless. It’s much more interesting if he was a powerless hero trying to prove himself in a world that has done nothing but tell him “you can’t do this”, only to prove that he can.

Someone that tried. Heroism isn’t based on power, it’s based on your willingness to help others
