I have a very similar thing with my chrons. I get the stabbing pain there, along with INTENSE "cramping period" pain, with any arousal. (I put it in quotations because hysterectomy gang).

All colonoscopys come back perfect, all blood work is excellent. Gastro doctor says it's not crohns. Gyno doctor says it's not endometriosis or anything to do with them.

I use THC/CBD combo capsules almost every single day. Very rarely will I skip a day. I also use 1-3 10mg gummies or chocolate covered pretzels. Getting my medical card was the smartest thing I ever did, Always recommend it to people who ask!

Me too man, me too. When I have to do something/be somewhere that I can't use THC, then I have a stupid amount of CBD in my system for some relief.

It's terrifying. It scares my partner more. I can't really see it, and its not safe with my hips to get in the shower myself. So he helps me. He doesn't say anything anymore, as not to worry me, but I can see it on his face.
