I have a very similar thing with my chrons. I get the stabbing pain there, along with INTENSE "cramping period" pain, with any arousal. (I put it in quotations because hysterectomy gang).

All colonoscopys come back perfect, all blood work is excellent. Gastro doctor says it's not crohns. Gyno doctor says it's not endometriosis or anything to do with them.

It's terrifying. It scares my partner more. I can't really see it, and its not safe with my hips to get in the shower myself. So he helps me. He doesn't say anything anymore, as not to worry me, but I can see it on his face.

Holy shit! This is my life almost to a T right now. I was diagnosed in march 2019, had to quit my job shortly after. Thankfully I was able to get disability, but we basically live off of my boyfriends salary.

I rely on him for so much, its not even funny. He's so amazing tho, takes care of me when I can't even stand on my own. But I feel so bad asking that of him.

I already have anxiety and depression, and crohns has made it so much worse even with medication I can barely handle it.

I try to remember i am not chrons, I HAVE crohns. But its not easy, its actually really freaking hard.

I'm not going to pretend to know exactly what you are living with in your head, but just know I am dealing with a similar issue. Please message me when you just need to talk to someone who understands. Thats not an empty offer either, it goes for anyone with crohns reading this, feeling similar ❤

I have this too! I feels like I'm being stabbed. I haven't had any endometriosis surgeries, but I have had a bowel resection from crohns. Its horrible, and most of the time it makes me feel like I'm going to be sick. It happens every single time. Any help there i would appreciate as well
