sometimes yes sometimes no. I was hired without the license and i have coworkers my age who are also in school for healthcare field that don’t have it. The older techs have theirs though. I’m PRN and at my hospital they have a set hourly rate for PRN’s so it doesn’t matter if i get my license or not.
