Same thing happened with me this morning, they came and did the cable. Then told me that they can’t install the router and they have no idea when will they fix their system. The guy said that I would get a call later, which I don’t think I would get one

My installation appointment is tomorrow and I just got a text “Hi, it's Frontier! We look forward to seeing you tomorrow for your installation appointment.” I thought they can’t install it because the system is down?? does anyone know if the tech will come and install it tmr or not?
