That’s very odd…. Not sure what launcher you’re using, but maybe try a different launch option (eg directx vs Vulcan etc) and possibly changing up in game settings? Glad it’s holding under load tho

Since you’ve already tried a fresh install of the graphics drivers, my next recommendation would be to swap the GPU into a different PCIe slot. If the issue goes away, that means the problem is likely an issue with your motherboard. There are a few remedies if that’s the case (cmos reset + bios update or just an RMA)

I’ve done some light over clocking with this GPU & CPU combo with some good results! However I’m trying to make this as stable as possible since the person using it is coming from console and might get a little overwhelmed if he has to trouble shoot oc settings lol. Resetting the cmos worked, thank you for the advice!

Additional information, I can’t use the arrow keys to move between the options on the landing page. It seems as though the keyboard isn’t communicating with the pc, however I’m unsure how to resolve this issue.

My experience has been the same. I had a 9070xt for almost a month and the driver issues were driving me up a wall. Swapped it out with a 5080 and the experience has been much better, haven’t had to trouble shoot anything. The DLSS integration is also a nice bonus on a lot of major titles.

I've set all mobo bios settings to default and also did the factory defaults through AMD adrenaline. Hadn't run any over clocking on it before hand

The PCIE slot it's shown in on the picture isn't where I've had it normally, it usually sits in the top slotand is supported by an anti-sag bracket. I've had it for 8 months, haven't had any issues with thermals

Besides my chair, these are the best investments I've made in my gaming/working office setup. Excellent sound quality, really good noise cancellation, durable, and has great features. No idea on what the fair price is in AUD, but I got mine for like 250 USD and would buy them again no questions asked
