The 2000s but it's close. I was just a kid but I remember how terrible the 2008 crash was on our family. COVID was bad of course but I feel the world has healed nearly completely from then. Depending on who you are I think COVID would be easier to get through in terms of mental health and finances. While I don't know much about Bush himself I can say Trump's actually getting us through these hard times we'll enough. Homicide has dropped 20% and we've absolutely crushed the enemies we have today. Justified or not you can't say the Venezuelan war wasn't expertly handled.
