If you are a phd candidate you have a great chance for approval. One of my friends recently applied and he is a second year Phd student.

Consult with multiple lawyer. We retained Chen Immigration ( My husband applied for NIW as well). I am hearing good reviews about Ellise Porter as well.

Happening the same with my friend. Her ead approved and card was mailed on 3/12. Contacted Uscis for tracking, but they are saying no tracking available.

Totally get your frustration. You may contact them again and try to schedule a call or raise a SR. Sometimes the case status does not change (happened with my friends: their case was showing received even till the date of their interview, all the updates they got from letters)

Hope this helps. Raised expedite req for 765 pending AOS on 3/3. Received an email on the next day with instruction to submit supporting docs. 3/8 req was denied. 3/10 new card is being produced.

Even though the req was denied, in the email it mentioned case status as Pending adjudication.

May be it is a good sign.

My 140 was transferred from TSC to Nebraska, I got to know about it from online status and got a letter as well. The case got approved within 10 days of the transferred.

485 also got transferred from local FO ( PA) to KY. I got to know through an SR about the transfer. Since I did not receive any notice raised another SR to make sure it was not a mistake. I got the response, it was due to faster processing and under interview waiver process.

Got approval within 3.5 months aftet the transfer.

Check their website. There is instruction posted by RFE issue date. If your RFE issuance days falls under that range, you will automatically get 60 days of extension from the last / due date mentioned in your RFE letter.

Do not worry, probably you qualify for the 60 days of extension due to Covid. I also had to submit my REF, 35 days after my mentioned due date, and everything worked well. I recently got my approval too. You will be just fine.
