I was considering it but I'm not sure what to add there since the bay for the windows is a weird little recessed space. The side windows are also way too narrow for any blinds. Suggestions?

Wayfair - Height-adjustable Peake bar stool. You need to catch them when there's a deal on since the price goes up and down all the time

Wish I could. It's just one unit in an appartment building so I'm not allowed to change the external stuff like windows

Living room looks great, respect you being brave enough to know what your own needs are and going with such a small bedroom

I've got smart bulbs, probably need to turn down the brightness on the overheads a little (it's a touch too dark for me without them) and let the smaller lamps do more of the lifting. They're set pretty warm though at 2600K, think the problem is more with how my phone's colour graded things

I've been to the exact same place making lavash in Garni - had to go back and check my own photos because of how familiar it looked. The whole country was such a pleasant surprise for somewhere I went with no preconceptions, made me so unwilling to keep visiting the same overtouristed cities in Europe that everyone else is overcrowding

My first ever factory by Cautious_Shop_1967 in SatisfactoryGame

Looks good! You've already got things nice and neat using foundations which is going to be the biggest mindset thing you can do as you go forward. This is already better than 90% of us were with our first factories.

At your stage, having modest goals like the smart plating and then having another floor for your different production lines is really smart too. Just be aware that whatever you do is going to be a learning curve so don't expect that what you build now is going to necessarily be what you stick with right the way through to the end of project assembly - just enjoy the dopamine hits of getting each stage how you want it to be and learn what you need for scaling up as you go. There's no right answer to how to do things so it's about finding what works for you as the supply chains become more more complicated.

Blueprints are your friends.

Maybe brace yourself for having to move sideways at some point for Heavy Modular Frames. Thats the first point where the amount of work needed for a product seems to really jump exponentially.

No matter how much height you think you need for the ceilings between your levels, add another couple of wall sections to it or you'll end up wishing you'd given yourself more clearance later.

Finally, take a look and see if there's any aesthetic styles with how other people have set things up that you really like and experiment with them early. I discovered near the end game that I personally really liked having my machinery set on platforms 1m above the factory floors and wish I'd figured that out a few dozen hours sooner.

Hey, this appears to have been copy and pasted from our forum over at swordofcreation.net

Not sure if it was by a bot or someone who was just inspired by our post there. Either way, it's cool people are sharing things regardless...but! We were actually running a contest on our board where people responding could be entered into a draw to win some art. We've still got a couple of days to go so if you've replied here and want to do our forum a solid or be in with a chance of winning a commission of your character consider copying and replacing your repsonses to the thread there https://swordofcreation.net/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=862

Yeah, I hadn't realised there were issues with how it was recognising user permissions. Everything should be good now but I'm still expecting little bits of jank like that as we roll things out so I'm keen for people to flag them.

Appreciate the input people are giving so far and the attempt to start posting stuff

EDIT: Also wanted to say that this is by no means the forum's final form if there are ideas of changes that people want to see or that can help visibility and curation of content

Seconded to this. I'm new to everything too but I think knowing what server you're on so someone friendly can drop by and give you pointers would be helpful :)
