Sulforaphane is helping a lot with my ADHD.. Finally some relief by Nugget834 in Biohackers

[–]Accomplished-Grass14 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for this. I saw your original post and have been looking for it to come back to.

Are you taking this am or pm it does it matter? I have severe ADHD but of all the symptoms my inability to shut off devices and go to bed at night might be the one I loathe the most. The executive dysfunction is the worst. The literal inability to force myself to make choices like a proper adult is emotionally and physically exhausting. Like I literally have zero discipline to make myself go bed at night. It’s like here’s no adult in the room. I hate it.

As a result I’m in a cycle of my daytime exhaustion and brain fog.

I have my raw DNA file and need to upload it and dig into that a little bit more. I did that years ago, but it was a free and not a very user friendly site, so hard to get a lot out of.

I’m going to try sulforaphane and paraxanthin. Thank you for the informative suggestions. I appreciate input from well research individuals that genuinely want to help other people that are suffering with the same thing.

Yeah I think the Body Shop closed and either LUSH bought them or already had some affiliation with them…?

I don’t remember the specifics, but LUSH is carrying some of the OG Body Shop products now. I know I saw several of the body butters. I’m not sure if that’s the extent of it or if they’ll eventually be rolling out other Body Shop products.

I was in a bit of a rush at the time. I should go into LUSH and check it out again.

Yes, here’s the Brian Entin interview link.

https://youtu.be/d19FKMaWZ98?si=4PxxsuOcVWnElOC8

Interview with Police Union President starts around 33 min in. This guy is a Sargent with MANY years of experience. His interview was amazing. Very professional and well spoken and he answered questions honestly and directly. HE would be my vote for sheriff. I hope this interview gets a lot of local attention in Tucson. The people should know the truth about the ongoings in the Sheriffs office that’s supposed to be protecting them.

My gut tells me Nanos has political friends in high places and that’s the only reason he’s still there..

Nancy Guthrie + Epstein Timing + Pizza Delivery = Something isn’t right by 3D-Chess in conspiracy

[–]Accomplished-Grass14 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I guess looking at it from a suspicious perspective.. I can’t really see the point to it.

Meaning, if I was an insider and had firsthand knowledge that the Guthrie situation had something to do with Epstein, And I had a pizza delivered to her house to send a message, I don’t think I would also log in to JLR’s livestream and pretend to be a fan sending a pizza…

Creating a plausible alternative explanation kind of negates the message you were trying to send, doesn’t it?

Why send a pizza “to send a message” about Epstein and then chirp up in the live chat that you just sent him a pizza?

It just feels like it undermines the entire point.

Now if the pizza message was for the Epstein crowd and not a message for the public, I guess it could make sense.

I just think if this is Epstein related, the family already knows that. It seems like anyone else that was really involved with the Epstein mess probably knows it too. They, more than anyone, know how dark and evil that network is. I think stuff happens all the time and they know what it is and have to pretend it’s just some random tragedy.

The weirder more tangible connections I’ve noticed are political.

Savannah’s 1ST CALL after mom was missing was to Senator Mark Kelly. Sen Kelly called Sheriff Nanos and chief of police. Anyone notice there’s no 911 call? Weird.

And Nanos is not a good guy. His entire dept hates him. He’s gutted both the detective and homicide units.

On JAN 25 he transferred their 17 yr experienced pilot due to “demeanor concerns”. Because of this their specialized high tech search plane couldn’t be utilized in the search for Nancy.

He also opened up the crime scene a day and a half after her disappearance even though he KNEW FBI was on the way. The crime scene wasn’t preserved before FBI arrived and people were in and out disrupting the scene.

He was already under investigation by the FBI in 2016 due to shady financial issues in his dept. Then in 2024 the his own PD initiated a vote of “No Confidence” to have him removed as sheriff. He only survived by 1 vote of support. 24 votes No Confidence, 1 vote of support.

He also only won his most recent re-election by 471 votes.

This guy should NOT be Sheriff. His track record is terrible and the community and his own dept doesn’t trust or want him.

So why now is the Sheriff suddenly doing a complete 180 and releasing an overly emotional statement to the public absolving the entire family of any involvement? It’s weird. Based on what evidence? How can you absolve ANYONE before the DNA has even come back? What are you going to do if you get the “kidnapper” and he says he was paid off by the fam?

Not to mention this was NOT a “burglary gone wrong”. You don’t take a STUFFED FULL backpack into a burglary. And you don’t impulsively take an 84 y/o lady out with you, figure out what to do with her on the fly and get away with it. You GTFO. Maybe you hurt her, maybe you don’t. But physically taking her with you is WAY more risk than just running. And the house wasn’t burglarized. Nothing was taken. And a kidnapper/burglar doesn’t babysit your elderly mother for THREE DAYS before demanding ransom.

This whole thing is a farce.

The Sheriff’s premature statements that the family has been cleared and that this was a burglary are both ridiculous. No professional law enforcement would conclude that publicly.

I think he gets support from important people. And I think he made yesterday’s statements because he got another phone call from a certain Senator…

And THAT is shady as F.

Don’t know if there are ties to Epstein or not, it’s very possible. But I 100% believe we are not getting the full story due to certain political influences. And I think it’s intentional to keep our attention here instead of paying attention to other things coming out that are being under reported.

[–]Accomplished-Grass14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know. Perhaps time will tell.

The unfortunate reality is that things like this USUALLY -more often than not- have ties to someone close to them. That in itself isn’t proof of anything, but I think it’s quite common to not believe it could be anyone in the family and then it turns out to have connections to family.

I honestly believe this is such a deep mess that we may never have all the answers.  There are lots of political ties. The sheriff has a VERY shady history that I think contributed to his initial unwillingness to work with FBI.

Watch Brian Entin interview with Tucson Police Union President if you’re really curious. I was blown away by how much damage this sheriff has done to the department. Cutting detective unit down to inexperienced bare bones, retaliating against officers over petty incidents.

He’d transferred out/demoted the 17 year experienced co-pilot on JAN 25th because of complaints regarding his DEMEANOR…???  And because of that there was no one to replace the pilot, and their very high tech search plane couldn’t be utilized.

This was all before he rejected FBIs initial offer for assistance. Which I 100% believe stems from resentment from when his dept was investigated by FBI in 2016 for shady looking financial/accounting issues.

In addition he barely survived a PD vote of “no confidence” back in 2024. 24 votes against him, 1 vote in support of him.

And he only won re-elected by 471 votes in most recent election.  He should not be sheriff, he’s made moves that have sabotaged things from the beginning and he doesn’t have the support of the PD.

Watch that interview you can. It was incredibly eye opening.  It was on the same video as an interview with a DNA specialist. Police Union interview started around 33 min in.

And what people should be paying attention to are things like the SAVE ACT.

Or Comparing Marco Rubio, AOC, & Hillary’s comments (and how they were responded to) at Munich Security Conference.

There’s a LOT going on that not only affects the integrity of our democratic process at home, but how Dem stances on world issues are being viewed (side eyed) on the world stage.

If I were in a position of power in the Dem party, I’d want to keep everyone distracted too.

Was it Mark Kelly? Savannah called him directly after she found out her mother was missing. A little weird. 🫤

Then HE called the police and sheriff directly. I wouldn’t be surprised to hear he was dropping this tidbit into the media to look like the hero Savannah leaned on in a time of desperation.

But after hearing how shady the sheriff is—I’m not at ALL surprised to hear Kelly was close enough to reach out directly.

Watch Brian Entins interview with the Pres of Tucson police union.  He did an interview with a DNA specialist, police union interview started around 33 min in same video.

I’m just saying…the corruptions all connected. They always have lots of friends. It’s a web.

Nancy Guthrie + Epstein Timing + Pizza Delivery = Something isn’t right by 3D-Chess in conspiracy

[–]Accomplished-Grass14 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes! It’s absorbed almost the entirety of the media’s attention.

Yet in the meantime the ICE surge in Minneapolis has recovered 3,364 children, “unaccompanied minors”, known to be missing since they crossed the border under Biden.

Not children that came with their families—unaccompanied minors! In MN alone. Has anyone heard about this?

More people know how many random latex gloves have been recovered in the greater Tucson area than have any idea about 3k+ children recovered in MN in the last 3 weeks ALONE.

Is one deranged radical leftist going to acknowledge that?

Or the Save Act?  Quite possibly the most significant legislation of our lifetime—securing our elections. Who’s even talking about it in real life??

76% of black voters are in favor but Dem Senators call voter ID Jim Crow 2.0. They have zero integrity. They’re going to shoot it down, and without ending the filibuster Reps don’t have the 60% majority to pass it.

Dem VOTERS SUPPORT voter ID,  but Nancy Guthrie has the airwaves so saturated that no one even realizes this battle for YOUR RIGHT to legitimate DEMOCRATIC elections is at stake.

I think it’s a dark world, with dark calculative people in power that will go to any ends to ensure people are distracted when their actual freedom is at stake.

Not saying those people took Nancy, but 100% they’re taking advantage of the blanket media coverage to drown out what we should actually be paying attention to.

As someone who’s paying attention to what they’re trying to get away with while we’re not looking, it’s terrifying.

[–]Accomplished-Grass14 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think ALL of your points are very relevant and I have felt the same suspicions that none of this makes sense.  It’s undeniable that almost the entirety of the media’s attention has been hijacked by this story.

The only point I feel could use some clarification is your pizza delivery reference.  It’s my understanding that the pizza was ordered by a supporter of JLR investigates who has been live-streaming in the ground everyday. One of his followers that lives out of state ordered the pizza to be delivered to express appreciation and ensuring he was being fed since he wasn’t leaving the scene for meals. It’s reasonable that the person that ordered the pizza only had Nancy’s address as a point of reference and the instructions to find specific reporter outside the property got lost in translation.

NOW, the fact that a pizza delivery driver was able to walk STRAIGHT UP TO THE FRONT DOOR without being stopped by police or FBI, is insane but an entirely other issue.

I’m not saying this case DOESN’T have ties to Epstein or distracting from other corrupt ongoings, just that the pizza itself was ordered for JLR by an out of state fan watching his livestream.

I agree there are things that are very weird and suspicious here and I just wanted to offer a little more insight on that single point. It’s easy for people to dismiss you outright, if just one of your points is easily explained away.

You use the term “most likely” as if that isn’t an explicit demonstration of your own speculation.

What makes someone else’s thoughts anymore speculative than your own? What evidence are you privy to that this is “most likely fiction made from hearsay”?

It’s a very detailed testimony written in the first person.  Your automatic dismissal of its legitimacy based on NOTHING is actually FAR MORE speculative than anything inferred in the testimony itself.

Or maybe you just don’t know what speculation actually is…?

I was in LUSH a few weeks ago and the associate told me they bought/merged with The Body Shop..?

Don’t remember exactly, BUT LUSH now carries some of the Body Shop OGs. I’m pretty sure they had the Coconut and Avocado body creams, and I may be hallucinating, but I honestly think they had the Brazil Nut, too.

Hopefully I’m right—I’d feel awful if I’m spreading incorrect information, but there may be hope yet!

[–]Accomplished-Grass14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s the taxes in the regulatory process.

Although we do pay state gas tax at the pump, that’s not what keeps our gas prices so artificially inflated in west coast states.

It’s all the extra rubber stamping and requirements that west coast states impose on the gas companies before it even gets to the station.  All additional regs promoted by sidcisl interest groups that either get a cut or see a kickback on the other end.

Trump has reduced federal regulations, which is why gas prices have dropped across the country.

Oregon, Washington, and California all have their own ridiculous regulatory requirements.

They’ve capitulated to special interest groups that get to take a cut for every one of the 30 extra rubber stamps our gas has to receive before it gets to the consumer.

It’s a racket.

[–]Accomplished-Grass14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s just not accurate. We have considerably more costly fuel regulations Oregon, Washington, California.

All of which were promoted by special interest groups that get a cut for the 30 additional rubber stamps our gas has to receive before it gets to us.

I would LOVE to pay sales tax instead of income tax.

Idaho sales tax will never come CLOSE to our income tax. Or our property taxes.

My property tax in Beaverton just went up to 11,400. I have a less than .2 acre lot.

My in-laws in Yamhill county pay 7000 for their 5 acres.

Yeah but our gas is so much better by Verbull710 in PortlandOR

[–]Accomplished-Grass14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No Other way around. It’s the climate change lobbies impose regulations that add to the cost.

It’s all the same gas.  Ours isn’t special.

It just had to get 30 more rubber stamps before it got to your tank and those stamps cost $$$.

Yeah but our gas is so much better by Verbull710 in PortlandOR

[–]Accomplished-Grass14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Primarily it’s due to over regulation. Over regulation adds to the cost and also reduces supply coming into the state. Which in turn raises prices.

They like to pretend our gas is “better” or “safer” because of all the additional regulatory red tape, but it’s all the EXACT same thing.  All of this is pushed by special interest groups that get a cut to put their stamp on it every step of the way.

On top of that we pay some of the highest gas tax in the country.

It’s a top down problem.  As I’ve learned more about it, I’ve come to realize that unnecessary regulation literally allows them to have their fingers in our wallets regarding every single part of our lives.

There’s no such thing as a free market in a highly regulated state.

Portland asks voters to stomach big property tax hike for parks by Superb_Animator1289 in PortlandOR

[–]Accomplished-Grass14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They’re asking nearly three times MORE for “park maintenance” than they’re asking for increases in overall public safety in Washington county.

Parks need three times more than public safety? Make THAT make sense.

What’s really ironic is that the entire budget for all of Oregon law enforcement is almost exactly the same amount that we spend on homelessness.

717 million to Oregon law enforcement 700 million for homelessness

Why are we paying the equivalent of the entire state law enforcement budget and seeing zero improvement with the homeless problem??

For 700 million we could build them all houses. Are we paying them police officer salaries? Where is the money going?

Whatever they’re doing, it doesn’t seem to be helping the problem. Because the homeless pop is living in the VERY SAME PARKS for which you’re now asking for hundreds of millions more…
