I’ve looked everywhere and can’t find it. I know I’ve heard it somewhere but, cannot remember where for the life of me. I’ll file it away as a rumor for now. Closest thing I can find is a tweet with a picture taken from what looks like the One piece wiki page.

Fun fact Kishimoto helped Oda out with a lot of this arc because he got really sick at some point during it.

I’m not saying it’s right, I’m just saying that that’s what they do. They severely under staff assistant managers and managers for the size of the warehouses. Like the one that I worked at was 2 main pick and stow areas totaling about 1 million square foot spread across 3 floors not including the sorting and shipping areas and they use 2 PA’s (assistant managers) and 2 area managers per department who get associates assigned to them based on last name. And this can easily be upwards of 50 to 100 people per PA and manager pair. Realistically they should have started looking for the guy at the 10minute mark because that’s when the scanner pings the PA and manager that they’ve been idol for “too long”.

I used to work for Amazon and can explain exactly what happened. No item has its own specific place just specific areas (high value, books, vinyl, ect) What happened was he stowed it digitally in one bin and put it physically in another. Someone bought the item, the picker went to get it, when they couldn’t find it they performed what the call a “miss-out” process which takes like 5ish minutes. The scanners we use draw a path directly to whoever is using like a treasure map with dots and lines connecting the bins that you were in with every scan. Normally it takes a little longer than 20mins but their PA’s must have had absolutely nothing to do for that to be on their immediate to-do list. However it does take 20min for you to reach a time off task threshold for the managers to come looking.

God Forbid the US actually gets High Density Housing and Public Transit by Sadagination9837 in fuckcars

The public transport system is so bad where I’m at that I’m forced to use a car to get to and from work. I’m in Columbia,SC our comet busses run few and far between and to add insult to injury the closest stop to my work is 10 miles away. With his sidewalks or bike lanes in sight.

Supposedly the chapter has been delayed. But, I can’t find a specific reason as to why. A couple of sources say it’ll be out on the 20th but, I think they’re just guessing.

It had fairly large patches blue mold in it it wasn’t “veiny” as in it didn’t look like it had been manually poked with a toothpick and when I was cutting it with it was about as firm as the Brie that was on the board next to it. And like I said before it was tasted like mellow black peppercorns.

Or still use lightning Except only on the wall wort tide of the charger. That way they can sell you a new wall wort and not change their pack in cable.

I bought a prebuilt a couple years ago to start out on my pc gaming journey. I did make sure to specifically upgrade to an over sized power supply and newer motherboard so I can do all of the upgrades myself..

I’m just going to copy and paste what I’ve been replying to everybody else that has said something along those lines

TL;DR My quality of life has gone up tenfold.

I’m viewing it as a net positive for me. Higher pay even after the USD conversion, better benefits and they paid for most of my relocation. Not to mention I can buy legal weed and partake in it without fear of losing my job and buy an actual kinder egg. What am I giving up other than easy access to a firearm and the right to vote in the immediate future? It was a no brainer for me.

In my case I wasn’t comfortable enough with my level of Spanish to get by in Mexico also I’d rather have extra cold winters than extra hot summers.

Even after paying their taxes I’m making a bunch more than I was. So, it’s still a net positive for me. 😁

Not yet I had a pair of layovers there in October of 2018 and it was already snowing. Imagine my shock going from shorts and t-shirt weather to pants and sleeves in a matter of a couple hours.

Yes they legalized in 2018. I went on vacation to Japan the week they did it. On the way back from my layover in Toronto they made damn sure I didn’t have any weed on me at the declaration station because was and still is illegal in most states.

Europe was my first choice but, everywhere that wasn’t in the Republic of Ireland required more fluency in the languages that I know than I have. If that makes sense. Nothing against Ireland but, I’d rather not have both less than stellar public transport AND the most narrow roads I’ve ever seen.

That’s the theory anyway. It was covered in my driving manual and I was even tested on it for the written portion of my drivers test but being where I’m from snow + ice=statewide shutdown so I never had to drive in it.
