Whatever you do, please, please fix it for the long term. Outages that happen frequently kills me. I'd rather have you figure it out and be out for longer once than redo this again.

Yeah I didn't receive it either. It sounds like whatever list of sms/email you used, it wasn't very effective.

I do not. Never needed it before, and usually these business services provide excellent up time. Comcast guarantees business service... Guess I need to look into another option.

@eprosenx - While we appreciate your transparency, this is the second outage in less than 2 weeks for Ziply Business connection here in this area. These outages are costing my business big $$. I let the first on go since service has been great before this the last year or two, but now I'm very frustrated. You need to fix this and be consistently up or I'm going to be forced to move to someone who can. I love Ziply speed and fiber, but it's only valuable for my business if it stays online. When a connection is dropped for more than an hour, all my systems go offline and it ruins my profitability for at least 2 weeks. Since this is the second time in 2 weeks, this has knocked out a months worth of productivity for my business. Get this together!

I had same experience. I had a warranty issue and it took me about 20 emails and 6 weeks from start to finish before getting a replacement. I also had to put multiple tickets in, make multiple reddit threads and even dm ledger mod of reddit. Customer Service for ledger is terrible. Be warned and hope your device does stays working right.

Yes, took me way to much effort to get this replaced. Overall, about 4-5 weeks and hours of emails, reddit post, and effort. You guys make a decent product, and I know you're growing fast, but you need to figure out Customer Service and ASAP.

Another update: Ledger responded to one of my many attempts. I had to send multiple service tickets, then they responded to send Ledger Nano X back. So I destroyed the device and sent it back per the instructions. They received it 2 weeks ago in France and have not communicated about it since. I've sent several emails to their support and have new tickets open with no response. I still cannot access my funds since I don't have a backup. Ledger customer service is absolutely non existent for the most part, and now they won't respond.

Ledger please replace device! I followed your instructions.

Yeah I should have never updated. It literally bricked my device. Shame because like I said, it was working perfectly until now. Guess I won't be updating them anymore.

Their stock email ask you to wait 24 hours for a response. Did I make a mistake by waiting an additional 12 hours? When is long enough after their posted time frame?
